RPS provides 24x7 support services. We have on-call personnel on weekends, evenings, and holidays. The on-call personnel can be contacted by calling our office any time and if it is after hours, the operators in our 24x7 dispatch service will page the on-call for service.

RPS considers all on-call service situations urgent. Therefore we do not prioritize our on-call service situations and RPS protocol is the same for all our clients. That protocol is that the needs of the client are our main concern and fulfilling their requests whenever possible are paramount.

We currently have both UPS and a Rapid Response generator backup at our main control point in Boise, ID. We have also installed a 500-Watt E.R.P. transmitter at this location.

With these backup systems in place, we hope that any down time issues would be resolved in the most efficient time possible. While we cannot anticipate all downtime issues, RPS keeps a number of clients in a database in order to contact them in the event of a prolonged problem.
